libjs-backbone software package provides some Backbone for JavaScript applications - browser library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjs-backbone
libjs-backbone is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjs-backbone package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjs-backbone *
You will get with libjs-backbone package name, version, architecture and description in a table
